CMM Level 5 for showing respect to opponents
"Jamaica's sprint sensation Usain Bolt should show more respect to his beaten rivals says International Olympic Committee chief Jacques Rogge."
"I think he should show more respect for his competitors and shake hands, give a tap on the shoulder to the other ones immediately after the finish and not make gestures like the one he made in the 100 meters."
These are the statements made by the IOC officials on the conduct of Usain Bolt after his victory.
What do the competitors to whom the "disrespect" was shown have to say ?
There are a number of points that this simple incident highlights :
There should be a "process" on how to show sportsman-spirit and respect for your competitors. If this process is not followed, respect was not shown and the sporting spirit was breached.
2. Across the world, across all domains, the talented individuals have to be judged, evaluated and commented on by unworthy officials.
3. It is sooooooooooo relieving to note that across the world, across all domains, MANAGEMENT IS ALWAYS STUPID !!!

Here is a sample - "To me, I don't feel like he's being disrespectful. If this guy has worked his tail off, every day, on his knees throwing up like I was in practice, he deserves to dance."
